Protected amino acids are becoming increasingly important in the nutrition of dairy cows. Our LipiPro range offers the option of coating with either palm or rapeseed oil.

Our LipiPro range is based on a unique production process that ensures amino acids are evenly distributed throughout a fat-encapsulated unit using a Matrix Technique. What does this mean? The amino acids are coated with a fat layer, so each amino acid is individually protected, allowing the fat layer to bypass digestion. The advantage of the matrix fat structure is that the amino acids are individually protected, promoting better digestion.

LipiPro AM

LipiPro AM is a protected form of Methionine. The Methionine is coated with a fat layer, creating a matrix structure that offers several benefits:

  • Strong and diverse encapsulation due to the matrix structure

LipiPro AL
